Elisabeth A. Bowman, Attorney
Representation in Misdemeanors and Felonies
in San Diego and Riverside Counties
in San Diego and Riverside Counties
Whether someone has been charged with a misdemeanor or felony, it can be a very stressful and life altering experience. I will work to relieve some of the stress and get the best outcome possible.
There are several stages in the process, including, but not limited to:
Arraignment
Preliminary Hearing (in felony cases)
Motions
(e.g., motion to suppress evidence,
motion to obtain police officer’s
personnel records)
Settlement Conferences
Trial Readiness Conference
Trial
Sentencing, if necessary
Attorney's Fees
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
I do not charge one flat fee for the entire case because that would not be fair to a person who settles early in their case. I charge a flat fee for each stage of the case, hold the fee in a trust account, bill for each stage as appropriate, and return the remainder of the fee if the case closes before sentencing.
